Fee Schedule

During the course of doing normal business with you, our company (GasTec Enterprises) may assess certain fees and charges (aside from the cost of propane/fuel) to your account. The total amount and reasoning for these charges may vary from state to state and location to location, with regards to local applicable laws and regulations. Not all of these fees may apply to your specific use. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

DELIVERY FEES

HazMat – Charge for handling, training and transportation of hazardous material. This item is billed to each bulk fill delivery and is not dependent to quantities delivered. $9.75 per delivery

Early Delivery – Charge for requesting a delivery prior to our standard delivery time of approximately 3 to 5 business days. This is not considered an emergency or Out of Gas fee. Applies to normal business hours only. Starting at $75 per delivery

Partial Delivery – Charge for partially filling a tank. Fee may also be assessed if the current fuel level is 50% or greater. $15 – $30 per delivery (varies on tank size and actual gallons delivered)

Emergency and After Hours Delivery – Charge is assessed to will call and/or C.O.D customers, where request or need for delivery is required after normal business hours or prior to next open business day. This fee must be paid at time of request or at time of delivery. Starting at $150 per delivery (varies on holiday schedule, weather conditions, time of day and/or amount requested.)

Meter Reading (Metered Systems) – For Central Storage tank systems that provide service to multiple customers, a meter may be placed to determine the actual usage per location. These meters are typically read once per month and billed based on the difference from the prior meter read. $10 / read

INSTALLATIONS

New Tank Setup – Installations for new service of above ground tanks. Includes: the first 10 feet of gas lines from tanks to gas stub on exterior, tank placement and setup, Gas and Leak check. Call for quote

Replacement of existing tank setup – installations of equipment where customer previously had above ground tanks. Call for quote

Underground Tanks – since installations and locations can vary for work involved and complexity, any underground tank installation is done based on approval of prepared proposal.

SERVICE CALLS (SERVICE FEES)

Standard Labor – charge is assessed for any work preformed including repairs to GasTec equipment caused by damage or neglect while being used by the customer or any repairs of customer owned equipment. $150 per hour per person (minimum or 1 hour). Complexity of issue may require use of additional equipment – to be quoted and approved by customer prior to job start.

After Hours Service Calls – charge is assessed for any work preformed including repairs to GasTec equipment caused by damage or neglect while being used by the customer or any repairs of customer owned equipment. Starting at $75, plus standard labor rates.

Out of Gas and Leak Check –

• 1. Will call customers with GasTec tank(s) that have run empty due to usage and no leaks detected or leak detected not pertaining to GasTec equipment/service – $99
• 2. Will call customers with GasTec tank(s) that have run empty, but leak is present (and covered under GasTec service agreement) – No charge
• 3. Any customers that request Leak Check where no leak is detected – $99
• 4. Customer owned tanks that have run empty due to usage and/or leak – $99 + service charges to repair leak

Tank Lock Out – charge is assessed to any customer where the tank is shut off and locked due to credit and/or collection efforts on any overdue balance. $75 per lock out

Re-Establishment of Service – charged is assessed to any customer where the service is re-established after a lock out due to credit and/or collection efforts on any overdue balance. $75 per re-establishment.

TANK FEES

Annual Rentals – determined by the number of tanks, use and gallons used per year. Starting at $50. (discounts may apply for multiple set ups.)

Tank Removal Fee – charged is assessed when a tank is removed from location due to credit and/or collection efforts on any overdue balance, or due to customers request to discontinue service. Starting at $150, call for quote

FINANCE CHARGES, LATE PAYMENT FEES, INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEES, CANCELLATION FEES.

Finance Charges and Late payment Fee – will apply to any past due balances. Finance Charge rate is 1.5% per month, or 18% per year

Late Payment Fee – will be assessed to any account that is overdue. $25 per month

Insufficient Funds Fee – will be charged for each check that is returned to us for Insufficient Funds. $30 per insufficient funds check received

Legal and Collection Fees – we will charge for any legal and/or collection expenses that we incur to collect any past due balance from a customer. – Fee is 40% of the past due balance with a minimum of $50 plus any court fees.
